Grow with a team that puts children and families first.

We're growing our team
Little Pines is adding therapists in Bastrop. Caseloads are built around care rather than volume, sessions are child-led, and caregiver education is part of the work rather than an extra.
We don't have a specific posting up right now, and we still want to hear from licensed occupational therapists, certified OT assistants, and new graduates looking for real mentorship. Send your résumé and tell us what you're looking for.
The kind of clinic we're building
Little Pines was founded because families in Bastrop County were traveling long distances or waiting months for pediatric therapy. We wanted care that's personal, relationship-driven, and close to home.
That shapes the job as much as it shapes the therapy. Children are treated as individuals rather than diagnoses, parents are treated as teammates, and progress gets celebrated at every size.

What it's like here
Caseloads built around care, not volume
Therapy that translates into everyday life takes time: building trust with a child, coaching a parent, talking to a teacher. That's the work, not an extra.
Child-led and play-based
Sessions are designed around what a child actually wants to do. Clinical rigor underneath, play on the surface.
Families treated as teammates
Caregiver education is part of every session. You'll spend real time coaching parents, not just handing them a home program.
Room to grow with the clinic
Little Pines is early in its story. There's genuine scope to shape programs, build community relationships, and develop a specialty area.
Who we'd love to hear from
- Licensed occupational therapists (OT/OTR)
- Certified occupational therapy assistants (COTA)
- Clinicians interested in feeding, sensory integration, or infant development
- New graduates who want mentorship rather than a caseload and a shrug
We read everything that comes in. If the way we work sounds like the way you want to work, send us your résumé and tell us what you're looking for.

Call and ask. We're happy to talk about the caseload, the community, and where the clinic is headed.
