Don't see your plan?

Call us anyway. Plans and networks change, and we'd rather talk through your options than have you assume the answer is no.

We check your benefits for you

Insurance is the part of starting therapy that families dread most. You don't have to decode it alone. Call the clinic with your plan information and we'll verify coverage before your first visit, so you walk in knowing what it costs.

If your plan requires a physician referral or a prior authorization before therapy begins, we'll tell you exactly what's needed and help you work through it.

Please don't include your child's medical details in an email. Send us your question and we'll call you back.

Before your first visit

  1. Call us with your plan details

Have your insurance card handy. We'll verify benefits before your first visit so you know what to expect: deductible, copay, visit limits, and whether an authorization is needed.

  2. Ask your doctor about a referral

Most families begin therapy through a referral from a physician or another healthcare provider. If your plan requires one, we'll help guide you through the process.

  3. Bring your card to the first appointment

Bring your insurance card and physician referral, if applicable, along with your completed intake paperwork.
